The Centre has a diverse range of spaces that can be altered to accommodate a wide variety of activities including meeting and training rooms, conferences, art exhibitions, music recitals etc.

Many of the spaces within the Centre are multi-functional and can be adapted to serve the requirements of the customer.

The Training, Activity and Arts & Crafts rooms can be combined to provide a number of layouts to suit the requirements of the user and the event. The total room area is 124 square meters. These rooms are ideal for larger meetings and conferences.

Manual handling and hoist training facilities are also available for hire. The facilities in the manual handling and hoist training room include a ceiling mounted hoist, adjustable bed, lifting hoist, accessible shower and toilet.

Griff Café

The Griff café is a privately run café in the Gilbert centre, open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm to the public. The café is very homely, bright and airy with lovely views of the surrounding area. All produce is made on the premises and an extensive menu is available. Take-away and outdoor catering is also available.
