Enable Ireland

Enable Ireland provides services to over 5,500 children and adults with disabilities and their families in 14 counties across Ireland. Covering childhood to adulthood our expert teams work with the individual and their family on a plan for each life stage.

Enable Ireland’s mission is to work in partnership with those who use our services to achieve maximum independence, choice and inclusion in their communities. We aim to provide quality services, positive life experiences and advocate for an inclusive society, which empowers people with disabilities.

For adults we offer a range of services covering personal development, independent living, supported employment services, and social and leisure activities. At the core of our services is a commitment to provide the most suitable service to each service owner based on their individual needs and circumstances.

The staff offer person centred services through an inter-disciplinary team including therapists, support staff, complimentary therapists, nursing, administration, support and training and education staff. We offer a range of assessments, diagnosis, intervention and respite. Service owners are also supported to achieve their goals by offering a wide range of training, personal development and support initiatives including facilitating access to mainstream education/training and social & leisure opportunities in the individuals’ local community.
